Anna is a senior associate in the Finance Transactions group.  She has a multi-specialist background which includes advising on general corporate finance, leverage finance, venture debt, asset-based lending, litigation funding, as well as distressed debt and restructuring. Anna regularly advises lenders, sponsors and corporates on domestic and international financings. 

Prior to joining BCLP, Anna was a lawyer in the banking and finance team at an international law firm. 

Anna studied International Relations and Diplomacy at the University of Gorizia (Trieste) in Italy and then pursued a Graduate Diploma in Law at the University of Law.
