Biography

Arti Sahajpal is an associate in the Financial Services Disputes and Investigations team in BCLP’s Chicago office. She represents financial institutions, servicers, and corporate clients in a range of litigation and regulatory matters, including breach‑of‑contract disputes, business tort and statutory claims, mechanics‑lien issues involving foreclosed properties, and investigations related to compliance obligations and government contracts. 

Arti received her JD cum laude from Loyola University Chicago School of Law. While there, she served as Executive Editor of Conference Articles and on the Board of the Loyola University Chicago Law Journal and served as Editor of the Loyola University Chicago Journal of Regulatory Compliance. She also participated in the Loyola Civil Mock Trial Team, earning a Semi-Finalist spot at the 2024 National Ethics Trial Competition, and the Willem C. Vis Moot International Arbitration Competition Team in Vienna.

Arti received her Bachelor of Science magna cum laude from Northern Illinois University.
