Biography

Azan Ashai is an Associate in the M&A and Corporate Finance department. He has experience advising domestic and international clients on various corporate transactions, including public and private mergers and acquisitions, reorganisations and general corporate matters.

Prior to joining BCLP, Azan worked in management consulting for the one of the “Big Four” firms.
