Biography
Bailey Rohlin is an associate in BCLP’s New York office with the Intellectual Property and Technology Disputes group. Her work focuses on patent litigation and trade secret matters, but she also has experience in complex litigation, corporate matters, and regulatory analysis. Bailey has also worked on pro bono matters related to civil rights, police brutality, and First Amendment freedom of speech.
Bailey earned her J.D. at The George Washington University Law School, where she participated in the Journal of Energy and Environmental Law, served as Vice President of Student Outreach for the Student Bar Association, and gained hands‑on advocacy experience through the Family Law Litigation Clinic. She graduated from Le Moyne College with a B.S. in Biology, summa cum laude.
