Biography
Ben Ford is a member of the Business and Commercial Disputes practice group. His practice focuses on financial regulatory litigation, tax and real property disputes, and personal injury and insurance-related class actions. A substantial portion of Ben’s practice has been devoted to higher education association defense. His experience has involved appearing before multiple federal and state courts as well as state administrative bodies. Ben has extensive experience analyzing and briefing complex legal issues, and he has successfully argued contentious motions before courts. Ben was a 2017 summer associate in the firm’s St. Louis office.
During law school, Mr. Ford served as Notes and Comments Editor for the Saint Louis University Law Journal. He also served as President for the Student Intellectual Property Law Association.
Prior to law school, Mr. Ford worked for the Boy Scouts and as a whitewater raft guide on the New River Gorge.
