Ben is experienced in a broad range commercial property matters with a particular focus on industrial and logistics investment and transactions in the hospitality and leisure sector.  Ben has significant experience in the acquisition disposal and asset management of industrial and logistics properties.  He also has experience in the development of industrial and logistics and office properties, the acquisition, disposal and asset management of office properties for a wide variety of institutional investor and developer clients, corporate real estate and real estate finance transactions, as well as the real estate matters relating to the expansion of electric vehicle charging infrastructure for a motorway service area operator across England and Wales.
