Biography

Bradley has more than fifteen years' experience advising clients on the full range of employment matters, frequently representing employers in high-value and sensitive employment litigation. He has particular expertise in the financial services sector, in contested departures and executive disputes, and in advising on investigations, often at the intersection of HR and regulatory issues.

Bradley trained at BCLP and spent ten years with the firm. He then spent time in Bermuda, as Counsel in the Employment team at Carey Olsen and as Senior Associate and Head of the Employment and Immigration practice at Appleby. Bradley returned to BCLP as Counsel in 2026.

Bradley has been recognised as a “Rising Star” by Legal 500.  He is also an accredited mediation professional.
