Biography

Brooke focuses her practice on general and complex commercial litigation across a variety of industries, with considerable dedication to fiduciary litigation and ESOP and stock valuation disputes.

Ms. Ingoglia obtained her J.D. from the University of Iowa College of Law, where she was the Administrative Editor for The Journal of Corporation Law. She was also the President of the Equal Justice Foundation. Prior to law school, Ms. Ingoglia attended Baylor University.
