Biography

CaroLea Casas is a member of the Class Action and Mass Torts Practice Group, with an emphasis on complex product liability and commercial litigation matters. She thrives on tough litigation challenges and approaches every project with the goal of providing a thorough and well-articulated final product. CaroLea works with clients through every stage of high-stakes litigation—from the initial pleadings through depositions and discovery, motion practice, and trial. She has experience taking multiple complex actions through trial in state court. In addition, she has assisted clients through disputes in federal court, arbitration, and adversary proceedings connected to bankruptcy matters. 

During law school, CaroLea excelled in oral advocacy and was selected as a member of the Order of Barristers. During that time, she also externed with Legal Voice and the American Civil Liberties Union of Washington. Her background in the service industry and volunteering with local non-profits taught her the value of strong communication and cooperative problem-solving. She has a genuine passion for team-building and individual connection that she demonstrates with her clients and colleagues alike.
