Caroline has over 20 years’ of private practice experience advising on a broad range of commercial real estate transactions, acting for both landlords and tenants, pension funds, property funds, property companies and financial institutions. She has extensive experience within the real estate asset management sector, including six years leading an asset management team for a major institutional investment fund. More recently, Caroline has worked in‑house as legal and operations director for a real estate investment and development firm based in Soho.
