Biography

Charlotte is an Associate in the M&A and Corporate Finance department. She has experience advising clients on a range of corporate issues, including domestic and cross-border public and private mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, and general corporate matters. 

Charlotte is also a member of the firm’s global Retail & Consumer and Sports, Media and Entertainment Focus Groups.
