Christian Spatz is a Counsel in our Restructuring & Insolvency team in Germany. He advises and represents clients in the area of insolvency and restructuring law, including distressed M&A. Having practised as a lawyer in these areas since 2010, he has many years of professional experience that benefits his clients. Christian not only assists entrepreneurs and companies in crisis situations but also managing directors/board members, shareholders, investors, lenders, major customers, creditors and insolvency administrators. His practice covers pre-insolvency advice, out-of-court restructuring, and advice and representation in formal insolvency proceedings, including self-administration. In addition, he represents his clients both in and out of court in the defense and enforcement of insolvency-specific claims, such as insolvency rescission claims and directors' liability claims.
