Courtney Lock is an associate in the firm’s M&A and Corporate Finance practice group. Courtney’s practice focuses on mergers, acquisitions and divestitures. Additionally, Courtney counsels companies on corporate governance and formation matters. She represents public and privately held companies across industries.
Ms. Lock first joined the firm as a Summer Associate in the firm’s corporate department in 2017. She previously interned at a Missouri-based public finance firm, and served as Judicial Intern to the Honorable Patricia Breckenridge of the Supreme Court of Missouri.
Ms. Lock received her J.D. from the University of Missouri School of Law in 2018 with honors, and graduated with a B.S. in Business Administration from Rockhurst University in 2015. She was the Note and Comment Editor of the Missouri Law Review, as well as the President of the Tax and Transactional Law Society.
