Cynthia Kennedy is part of the Private Client Practice Group and represents individuals, tax-exempt organizations, closely-held corporations and corporate and individual fiduciaries concerning standard and sophisticated estate planning transactions and trust and estate administration. Ms. Kennedy’s practice also includes document preparation, related estate and gift tax issues and returns, probate proceedings, guardianships and conservatorships, and fiduciary litigation support.
