David Sherafati is an associate in the firm’s Real Estate Finance practice, based in London. He advises lenders, sponsors, and borrowers on a broad range of domestic and cross-border financing transactions, with a particular focus on real estate-backed facilities.

David’s experience includes acting on senior and mezzanine financing, investment and development financings, back leverage financing and complex structured debt arrangements across a variety of asset classes including offices, residential, hospitality, student, logistics, retail, education and senior living. He regularly works alongside multidisciplinary teams to support clients throughout the lifecycle of transactions, from structuring and negotiation through to completion.
