Biography

Debra Behrendt represents financial institutions, automotive manufacturers and investment brokers in consumer class actions, mortgage industry litigation, investment broker liability, antitrust and white collar matters.

Ms. Behrendt manages all phases of e-discovery, including initial evaluation, collection and review protocols for large document review teams. Ms. Behrendt also handles project management for the pretrial phase of class action and commercial litigation matters. In her practice, Ms. Behrendt also develops e-discovery protocols and evaluates discovery strategies.
