Edward is a senior associate in the Real Estate team and deals with various elements of commercial property work, including asset management, disposals, acquisitions and lettings, especially in the retail sector acting for well-known landlords and tenants. Edward also has experience in property financings and has advised numerous institutional lender clients such as Allianz, LBBW, Helaba, Hermes Real Estate Senior Debt Fund and York Capital Management, primarily on prime central London properties and redevelopment schemes

In addition to commercial real estate and financings, Edward has experience in the residential sector and has advised on the structuring and subsequent sale of residential apartments in Phases 1, 2 and 3 Rathbone Market, Canning Town comprising over 300 apartments and has advised Qatari Diar in respect of their high end residential scheme at Chelsea Barracks.
