Biography

Ellie is a member of the firm’s Business and Commercial Disputes group, where she represents clients in a variety of business disputes and litigation matters. In addition to her work at the firm, Ellie serves as a Fellow at Legal Aid Chicago, where she works in the Public Benefits Practice Group, helping underserved Chicago residents secure and maintain federal and state public benefits.

Ellie earned her J.D., cum laude, from the Indiana University Maurer School of Law. During law school, Ellie was  involved in Outreach for Legal Literacy, the Rural Justice Initiative, the Business Law Society, the Protective Order Project, and the Indiana Journal of Law and Social Equality. Ellie also participated in Indiana University's moot court competition, where she received Brief Writing Honors, and served as a judicial extern at the Indiana Supreme Court.
