Emily is in the Commercial and Business Disputes Group. She was a summer associate at BCLP for two summers and joined the team as an associate in 2022. Emily assists in litigation and regulatory issues in many sectors of law, including intellectual property, class actions, FinTech, and more.

Before joining BCLP, Emily worked in different roles in the entertainment industry. These roles spanned from research into regulations for influencer marketing to contract administration and review for movie production and distribution. During law school, Emily was an executive editor for the University of California, Irvine Law Review, a board member of the UCI Moot Court Competition, and a participant various pro bono causes.
