  • Biography

Biography

Emma has experience in town and country planning law, advising on both contentious and non-contentious matters. Emma advises on a wide range of development projects including infrastructure, compulsory purchase and environmentally sensitive projects, and has particular experience in judicial review and statutory challenges, environmental assessment, CPO compensation, marine licensing, harbour revision orders and planning and highway agreements.

Both Chambers & Partners UK 2025 and Legal 500 UK 2025 have ranked Emma as a Leading Associate. 

Emma is a great communicator. She is experienced and savvy about the requirements of a dynamic consenting process.
