Biography
Eric Guo is an associate in the Real Estate Department of the firm's New York office. His practice focuses on commercial real estate transactions, in which he represents clients in connection with acquisitions and dispositions, as well as financing that includes refinance, construction and mezzanine loans secured by a variety of asset classes including office, retail, hospitality, and mixed use properties.
Before joining BCLP, Eric earned his J.D. from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, where he served as a Staff Editor and Articles Editor of the Cardozo Law Review and was a teaching assistant for Legal Writing. Eric received his B.A. with a double major in International Studies and Political Science from Johns Hopkins University, where he was an editor of the Hopkins Undergraduate Research Journal.
