Erica is an Associate at BCLP’s international arbitration team in London, where she assists primarily on commercial disputes such as joint-venture and licensing disputes, and investor-state treaty arbitration, having been involved with treaty claims under the USMCA and Netherlands-Romania bilateral treaty.

Prior to joining the London team, she previously trained with the construction arbitration team in Hong Kong, where she worked on infrastructure related arbitration claims and general commercial litigation. Erica also has experience in a wide range of corporate and commercial transactions in the infrastructure, construction and real estate sectors, which complements her arbitration work.
