Biography

Erica is an Associate in the international arbitration team in London, with a broad practice spanning both commercial and investor–state disputes.

She has worked on complex, high‑value arbitrations administered under leading institutional rules, including LCIA, ICSID and HKIAC, and has supported clients across a diverse range of sectors such as mining, property development, agriculture and records management. She also has experience in arbitration-related litigation in the English High Court.

Prior to joining BCLP’s London office, Erica trained in Hong Kong and gained experience in construction disputes and infrastructure work, both of which complement her current arbitration practice. She is dual‑qualified in England & Wales and Hong Kong.
