Biography

Esthel Na is a litigation and transactional associate in the Technology, Commercial, and Data Practice Group. She has experience handling franchise disputes and complex business matters. Prior to law school, Esthel interned at K-Startup Law, APC, where she supported small business owners from diverse cultural backgrounds in overcoming legal challenges, particularly those navigating the complexities of operating in a second language. A fluent Korean speaker, she brings a valuable multicultural perspective to her practice. During law school, Esthel participated in Loyola Law School’s State Income Tax Clinic, assisting individuals from a wide range of socioeconomic backgrounds with their tax appeals. She also served as an editor for the Loyola of Los Angeles International and Comparative Law Review.
