Biography
Felix Weber is a Senior Associate in BCLP’s Real Estate M&A team in Frankfurt. He advises institutional and international investors, fund managers, and private equity firms on complex real estate transactions across all asset classes and throughout the full investment lifecycle.
Felix regularly represents clients in high-value acquisitions and disposals, forward purchases and development structures, as well as large-scale portfolio and sale-and-leaseback transactions. He also advises on joint venture, asset management, and general corporate matters, often involving multi-jurisdictional and cross-border elements.
With extensive experience and a strong commercial mindset, Felix helps clients identify and mitigate legal and transactional risks, ensuring that deal structures and negotiations are aligned with their strategic and financial objectives.
Before joining BCLP in 2025, Felix was a Senior Associate at another international law firm, where he focused on real estate M&A and investment transactions.

 - Clarion Partners Europe on the acquisition of a 100,000 sqm warehouse near Frankfurt from Union Investment (2025).*
 - Clarion Partners Europe on a € 35 million forward funding acquisition of a modern logistics asset developed by Panattoni (2024).*
 - Portfolio companies held by a joint venture between a sovereign wealth fund and a leading European real estate investment manager on multiple acquisitions, sale-and-leaseback transactions, and asset management mandates involving last-mile distribution centers and urban logistics assets in Germany (2021–2023).*
 - KanAm Grund in connection with the forward purchase of a large logistics project, a goods and services center leased to a public sector tenant, from a joint venture of German logistics developers (2023).*
