Dr. Florian Ehrich is a partner in the Real Estate practice group. His work focuses on complex real estate transactions (including both share deals and asset deals), large-scale commercial lease agreements, and project developments in Germany and across Europe. He advises along the entire value chain: from structuring investment projects and negotiating lease agreements and joint ventures to providing legal support for project developments, asset and facility management agreements, as well as the sale or repositioning of properties. Dr. Ehrich has extensive experience with various asset classes, including office and residential properties, hotels, logistics properties, retail properties, business parks, and student housing.
