Grant Atwood is an associate in the firm’s Corporate Transactions group. He represents companies in corporate transactions and general corporate matters.

Prior to joining BCLP, while attending Washington University School of Law, he served as staff editor for the Journal of Law and Policy and received the Excellence in Oral Advocacy Award. During law school, he was a judicial extern for the Honorable Rebeca Navarro-McKelvey of the Missouri Court of Appeals in the Eastern District, and held internships with BCLP, Immunophotonics and SSM Health.
