Hallie H. Enix is an associate in the firm’s Corporate Transactions department. She advises clients on a broad range of corporate and contractual matters, including mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures.

Hallie has experience in legal research regarding both the public and private sectors in the areas of compassionate release, family law, and a wide range of corporate matters.

Hallie first joined the firm as a Summer Associate in the firm’s St. Louis office in 2021.

Hallie received her J.D. from Vanderbilt University Law School, where she was an Executive Editor of the Vanderbilt Journal of Transnational Law and president of the Women Law Students Association. Hallie received B.A.s in English and Spanish, magna cum laude, from Harding University.
