Hayley Harris is BCLP’s Global Director of Knowledge Solutions. She leads a multi-disciplinary global team of knowledge management professionals dedicated to the effective management of our firm’s organizational knowledge. Hayley’s team develops and maintains vital KM systems and processes, working closely with the firm’s Information Services and Innovation groups and alongside BCLP’s Knowledge Lawyers. 

Hayley previously trained and practised as a real estate litigator in a major international law firm, before moving to BCLP in 2012. She took on her first Knowledge Management (KM) role in 2017 and has been working in KM ever since.
