James is an associate in the firm’s Corporate Transactions practice group. His practice focuses on representing companies in a variety of corporate transactions and general corporate matters. He also has experience advising clients regarding securities law compliance and corporate governance.

James first joined BCLP as a Summer Associate in 2022. He received his J.D. from the University of Florida Levin College of Law in 2023. He received his B.S. in Cell Biology and Neuroscience from Montana State University in 2018.
