Biography
Jennifer is an associate with BCLP’s Class Actions and Mass Torts Practice Group. With experience across federal courts, public service, and complex civil litigation, she represents clients in high-stakes litigation involving mass torts, complex product liability, and business tort claims across diverse industries. Jennifer has previously served as a Judicial Extern for both Judge Jacqueline S. Corley of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California and Chief Justice Patricia Guerrero of the Supreme Court of California, drafting bench memoranda, orders, and petition recommendations. Her experience also includes work as a Law Clerk with the U.S. Department of Justice’s Civil Division and two years of constituent services work for U.S. Congressman Eric Swalwell.
Jennifer earned her J.D., cum laude, from University of California College of Law, San Francisco (formerly UC Hastings), where she served as Executive Production Editor of the UC Law Journal and participated in Moot Court as a Board Member, Coach, and Competitor, winning Second Best Brief at the Hassell Moot Court Competition. She was also a Teaching Assistant for Legal Research & Writing and Appellate Advocacy and achieved CALI Awards in Legal Research & Writing I and II. Jennifer earned her B.A. from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, graduating summa cum laude with a major in History and minors in Political Science and English.
