Biography
Jennifer is a Senior Associate in BCLP's Real Estate Due Diligence team.
Jennifer began her career at BCLP in 2011 and has extensive experience across a broad range of commercial real estate work, with a particular focus on large scale regeneration and development projects. Jennifer has worked with clients across all stages of the development cycle, including site assembly and structuring, securing vacant possession and negotiation of development agreements and pre-lets.
Having re-joined BCLP in 2026 from a UK top 100 law firm, Jennifer's practice is currently focused on providing due diligence support to the firm's transactional real estate teams.

Experience
- Advising King's Cross Central Limited Partnership and Argent on a number of large, high profile office pre-lets as part of the regeneration of King's Cross.
- Advising a FTSE 250 listed company on several central London office development projects, with work including identification and mitigation of development constraints, rights of light analysis, negotiating deeds of release of rights of light and obtaining vacant possession.
- Advising private and public sector clients on site assembly for schemes ranging from small housing developments through to new towns of circa 10,000 homes.
- Advising a large flexible office operator on the acquisition of new sites in the City of London via both profit-share leases and management agreements.
