Biography

Jill Giorgio represents debtors and creditors in domestic and international finance and real estate transactions. She has experience with securitizations, syndicated credit, facilities, note purchase agreements and other secured and unsecured financing transactions.

Ms. Giorgio also has participated in the due diligence of money transmitters’ legal and regulatory compliance and has assisted in conducting a number of multi-jurisdictional reviews of state licensing statutes that impact money transmitters. She focuses on the regulation of stored value and other electronic payment products, including the laws governing consumer protection and the state regulation of money services businesses. Ms. Giorgio also assists clients with issues pertaining to anti-money laundering and the Bank Secrecy Act/USA Patriot Act.
