John is an associate in the firm’s Corporate Transactions practice group. He has experience advising clients on a broad range of corporate transactions, focusing primarily on mergers and acquisitions.

John graduated from Saint Louis University School of Law. He concurrently received his MBA from St. Louis University Chaifetz School of Business. During law school, he was President of the Business Law Association and participated in the Entrepreneurship & Community Development Clinic. He also received an Academic Excellence Award for both Legal Research and Writing II and Constitutional Law II. John first joined the firm as a Summer Associate in the firm's St. Louis office.
