Biography

Jonathan is an Associate in the firm’s Energy, Environment and Infrastructure Group. He is a project and corporate finance lawyer with experience advising clients in the power, renewables, infrastructure and natural resources sectors.

Jonathan has acted on a number of international corporate and finance transactions. He has experience in corporate M&A transactions, international project finance transactions and in providing commercial advice to clients in the energy space, particularly focusing on the energy transition and renewable energy sector.
