Jonathan acts for sponsors and lenders in all aspects of real estate finance matters. Jonathan has worked on deals for clearing banks, institutional investors, debt funds, family offices and developers. Jonathan has experience acting for clients on senior and mezzanine, investment, and development financings secured against various asset classes including office, residential, purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA), hospitality and retail.

Jonathan spent just short of 7 months on secondment at Ares Management working in the legal department of the European real estate team.
