Julien Garcia joined the firm in 2025, after training at various leading French and Anglo-Saxon law firms.

His practice focuses on the prevention and management of financial difficulties and the restructuring of companies or their debt, both in out-of-court and formal insolvency proceedings, on the sale or acquisition of companies or divisions (carve-outs) in distressed situations, and on all litigation relating to insolvency proceedings. He works on cases related to the real estate and industrial sectors, as well as retail and biotech.

Julien holds a Master 2 in Business Law – European Business Lawyer from the University of Paris-Nanterre, as well as a university diploma in Insolvency Law from the University of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne.
