Karlee Mansfield is an Associate on the Corporate Transactions team where she advises clients on corporate and transactional matters, with experience drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, supporting acquisitions, and guiding clients through governance and compliance issues.

Karlee has assisted companies with contracts such as brokerage, master services, nondisclosure, and subscription agreements. She also counsels on governance matters, including director responsibilities, shareholder agreements, and regulatory compliance. Her transactional work includes due diligence, entity formation, and document preparation for acquisitions and joint ventures.

Karlee earned her J.D. from SMU Dedman School of Law, where she concentrated in Business Law and served as Associate Managing Editor of the SMU International Law Review Association. She holds a B.B.A. in Managerial Finance from the University of Mississippi and is admitted to the State Bar of Texas.
