Kate is an associate in BCLP’s Real Estate Finance team, based in London. She advises lenders and sponsors acting for institutional investors, property companies, clearing banks, and alternative debt funds. She has experience on a broad range of domestic and cross-border financing transactions across the real estate sector. Her experience includes supporting on the structuring and negotiation of financing arrangements for acquisitions, developments and investment portfolios, working as part of multi-disciplinary teams on complex, high-value matters across the full spectrum of real estate asset classes.
