Biography
Katherine Guermacheva is a litigation associate in the Business and Commercial Disputes Practice Group. Katherine is experienced in matters involving trade secrets, franchise disputes, and financial services disputes and investigations.
Katherine was a summer associate at BCLP prior to joining the firm as an associate in 2024. She graduated cum laude from Loyola Law School. During law school, she served as a research editor of the Loyola of Los Angeles Law Review and externed at the Central District Court of California.
