Kayleigh advises domestic and international clients on a variety of matters including M&A, private equity, carve-outs and joint ventures alongside general corporate work.

Prior to joining BCLP, Kayleigh was an associate at a London-based Magic Circle firm and, previously, a leading New Zealand law firm.
