Kristen is an associate in the firm’s Business and Commercial Disputes Practice Group. Kristen’s practice includes Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) litigation, including text message, prerecorded voice, and do-not-call cases. She also assists with various pro bono and court-appointed clients. She graduated from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law in 2024 with a certificate in corporate and commercial law.

While Kristen was a summer associate in the Denver office, she and her fellow associates competed and consecutively won the Anti-Defamation League’s Mountain States Region Memo Writing Competition in 2022 and 2023.

While at the University of Denver, Kristen was a staff editor for the University of Denver Water Law Review and a regular contributor to the University of Denver Water Law Review Blog. Kristen also received her B.A. from the University of Denver in international studies and sociology. She studied Arabic and studied abroad in Amman, Jordan.

Kristen enjoys geocaching around Denver with her husband and dog.
