Biography
Kristin Webb is a trial attorney who represents a multitude of clients, including financial institutions, aviation and aerospace companies, service industries, and religious organizations in complex business litigation and liability matters. She has deep experience in all facets of litigation, including complex case analysis, large scale document discovery, motion practice, oral argument, depositions, mediation, settlement negotiations and trial. Kristin is often called in on the eve of trial to assist in trying cases. She has successfully defended clients in a variety of cases, including claims involving unfair competition, breach of fiduciary duty, breach of contract, fraud, real estate disputes, misappropriation of trade secrets, intellectual property disputes, cryptocurrency disputes, employment disputes, product liability disputes, and mass torts.
Kristin also has experience advising clients on using restrictive covenants in the acquisition of high-level employees.
