Leo Curtin is a Senior Associate in BCLP's Real Estate team. He advises clients on a broad range of commercial real estate matters, with a particular focus on development and investment transactions. His practice includes advising on acquisitions and disposals, development projects, agreements for lease, portfolio transactions and asset management matters.

Leo acts for corporate, developer and occupier clients on complex real estate transactions across a variety of sectors. He has experience advising on the acquisition and disposal of development land, leasing and pre-letting arrangements, option and overage structures, and strategic asset management matters, helping clients navigate projects from acquisition through to ongoing occupation and management.

Prior to joining BCLP, Leo advised a diverse range of clients on commercial property matters throughout the real estate lifecycle. His experience covers both development and investment work, including transactions involving retail, office, industrial, logistics and infrastructure assets.
