Biography

Liam is an associate in BCLP’s Tax Advice and Controversy team and is based in London. He has experience in all areas of corporate taxation, with a particular focus on finance & corporate transactions and real estate.

He regularly advises on the tax aspects of loan facilities, M&A transactions and on a variety of real estate transactions, including acquisitions, financings, and lettings.

Prior to qualifying, Liam trained at BCLP and spent time on secondment at easyJet where he sat in the UK litigation team.
