Biography
Elizabeth is a counsel in the firm’s Class Actions and Mass Torts Practice Group. Elizabeth represents clients in business and commercial litigations, financial securities litigations, and intellectual property disputes, including copyright and trademark infringement, false advertising, trade secrets misappropriation, breach of contract, fraud, state unfair competition laws, employment claims, and securities claims. Elizabeth has represented clients in film distribution, production, and media companies in the resolution of various intellectual property and contract disputes, sports and media companies in breach of contract, fraud, and employment disputes, and start-up companies in bet-the-company disputes. Elizabeth has also represented clients in various securities actions related to cryptocurrency.
Elizabeth is experienced in litigating cases from inception through trial . She has successfully argued motions in state and federal court and arbitration, including before the California Court of Appeal, United States District Courts for the Central District of California, and California state courts, and she has successfully represented clients in multiple trials and arbitrations.
Prior to joining BCLP, Elizabeth was a litigation associate at Latham & Watkins.

Experience
- Led a trial team on a trademark infringement claim and damages for all counterclaims, including fact and expert witness discovery, with more than $100 million in damages at issue.*
- Served as second chair in an arbitration of a contract dispute with over $100 million in damages, which included preparing all witness and trial materials, developing trial strategy, drafting expert reports, and conducting direct and cross-examination of expert witnesses at arbitration.*
- Represented an industry-leading e-commerce fashion company in a bet-the-company dispute between owners through trial, which included conducting the direct examination of an expert witness at trial, drafting and defending motions in limine, overseeing the affirmative and defense damages cases, preparing expert witnesses for trial, and defending the damages award in her client’s favor in post-trial briefing.*
- Represented sports and entertainment clients in a multi-district litigation matter relating to the collapse of a major crypto-exchange platform.*
