Biography
Logan Rutherford is a partner in the firm's Business & Commercial Disputes Practice Group. Prior to joining the firm, Logan clerked for the Honorable Mary Murguia of the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals in Phoenix, Arizona.
After graduating with a B.A. in Chemistry, magna cum laude, from Middlebury College, Logan attended the University of Kansas School of Law as a Rice Scholar. In law school, Logan received 13 CALI awards, which are given to the student who earns the highest grade in a law school course, and was a member and an Associate Editor of the Kansas Law Review. Logan received the William L. Burdick Prize for being ranked first in his class after the first year of law school, and the C.C. Stewart Award for being ranked first in his class at graduation.
