Maria Valderrama is an associate in the Real Estate Department of the firm’s Miami Office. She focuses her practice on commercial real estate financing matters, representing clients in connection with acquisition, refinance, construction and mezzanine loans secured by a variety of asset classes including office, retail, hospitality and mixed use properties.

Maria earned her J.D. from Emory University School of Law, where she held the role of Managing Editor and Symposum Editor for the Emory Bankrupcty Developments Journal. Prior to attending law school, Maria earned her bachelor’s degree from the Florida State University.
