Marie Gicquel assists companies of all sizes, listed and unlisted, both French and international, in out-of-court and insolvency proceedings. She acts on behalf of debtors, creditors and investors, and handles judicial and contentious matters as well as financial restructuring.

Her practice has enabled her to develop a keen awareness of insolvency litigation issues.

Marie has a certification in restructuring and insolvency from the University Paris I Sorbonne, a Master 2 in Corporate and Tax law from the University of Orléans and is a graduate of the ISC Business School.
