Maryana is lawyer with a particular focus on cross-border disputes. Maryana advises clients on corporate, commercial, real estate and construction, debt recovery and administrative disputes, including multi jurisdictional disputes both in litigation and arbitration. 

As a Russian qualified lawyer, Maryana has represented Russian and international clients in sectors including the construction, automotive, and oil and gas sectors. She has also assisted clients with investigations and corporate compliance matters. 

Maryana holds a PhD degree and is an Associate Professor at the National Research University – Higher School of Economics, where she teaches advanced research seminars in international dispute settlement.
