Maxime is a senior associate in the Corporate team based in Paris.

He advises asset managers and institutional investors in connection with the structuring and formation of regulated and unregulated alternative investment funds pursuing diverse investment strategies, including private equity, private debt and infrastructure.

His practice also covers corporate and financing matters, including fund-related transactions, financing arrangements and regulatory compliance.

He holds a Master's degree in Econometrics and Statistics from Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne (France), law degrees from Université Paris II Panthéon-Assas and Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne (France), and a Master's degree in European Economic Studies (European Law and Economic Analysis) from the College of Europe (Belgium).

He has been admitted to the Luxembourg Bar (List I) since 2020 and is registered with the Paris Bar under Directive 98/5/EC.
